This project began in February 2023. In July 2023, GoVisit was launched as a replacement for MyVisit. At first, GoVisit was executed by the Population and Immigration Authority (PIBA) and gradually expanded to other government agencies.


​Despite GoVisit’s introduction, the MyVisit redesign followed its own set of guidelines, insights, and a unique interface and design. The redesign process remained completely independent and was not influenced by GoVisit at any point.

To gather valuable insights and feedback on the MyVisit app, a user survey was performed with 50 participants who had used the service within the past year. The survey primarily evaluated the app’s usability and overall user experience. Participants responded to questions covering their opinions, experiences, and overall feelings about the app.

The overall user experience of myVisit app:

# תהליך הזיהוי הראשוני - לאחרונה זה השתפר, אבל למיטב זכרוני במספר ניסיונות קודמים לא נשלח קוד אימות טלפוני/ נשלח בעיכוב רב, אשר עיכב את כל התהליך. בשבוע האחרון שניסיתי - עבד טוב, אבל זכורים מקרים אחרים שלא. # כיום, חוויות משתמש טובה, כאשר ניכר שיפור משמעותי בשנה האחרונה.

הייתי צריכה להתחיל שוב כמה פעמים כי האתר נתקע/ לא ברור מה רצו/ מילאתי תוכן לא נכון בעמוד שלפני ורק. בעמוד שאחריו הבנתי שטעיתי

בסוף לא הצלחתי לתאם את התור זה החזיר אותי כל הזמן

לא מספיק מתאים למסכים שונים. אין מספיק אפשרויות לסיבה לקביעת תור (לפחות למה שאני הייתי צריכה). לקח לי זמן להבין אותו ולהשתמש בו. לא פעיל מחוץ לישראל.

דבר ראשון, האתר פעיל רק בישראל, ועבור זימון תור במשרד הקליטה למשל, לא ניתן לקבוע מחו"ל וזה מאד מקשה כי אין תורים רבים ומי שמגיע לישראל תלוי במשרד הקליטה כדי להסדיר את ענייניו.... דבר שני, אני כבר לא לגמרי זוכרת מה היו הבעיות עם האתר אבל זכור לי שהייתי מאד מתוסכלת וניסיתי הרבה פעמים עד שהצלחתי לקבוע תור.

לא היה ברור איפה אני מחפשת ערים בהן יש תורים פנויים. בתחושה לא היה תור בשום מקום ומאוד תרחני לחפש כי כל פעם צריך לחזור ולחפש לפי עיר במקום שיהיה אפשר לחפש נגיד לפי אזורים ואז סינון לפי תור קרוב לבית או קרוב בתאריך למשל.

יש יותר מידי מידע להכניס כדי למצוא את התור המבוקש. וגם אין תורים צריך לעבור בחודשים במקום שזה ישר יראה תכלס מה יש באיזה חודש לא רשום על איזה שם התור ( לדוגמה הכנסתי בשביל הבן שלי ושהגעתי לשם לא זכרת איזה תעודת זהות שמתי)

אפליקציה בלתי נסבלת. עכשיו ראיתי שהם טיפה עדכנו ואפשר לראות את התור הקרוב בכל עיר אבל לא ברור מה אני אמורה לעשות, למה אני צריכה להרשם פעמיים. הכל איטי ולא ברור ומעצבן

ממשק ארכאי ומבחינת כמות התקלות מרגיש חובבני, לא ניתן לבצע פעולה נוספת אלא להקליד את כל המידע מההתחלה, גם כשרוצים לבדוק אם התפנה תור

# מהירות - לפעמים הדף נטען מספר שניות (ארוך מהמצופה) # שליטת משתמש מוגבלת - להבנתי, לא ניתן לחזור "אחורה", לבטל בחירה שנעשתה (בחירת שירות רלוונטי, בחירת מיקום), ללא תחילת התהליך מחדש לגמרי.

סינון תוצאות נוראי. הרבה מאוד שלבים עד שמגיעים בכלל למקום הרצוי.

שזה לא תמיד עובד

חווית משתמש וux לקויים מאוד, כלום לא ברור ואין תחושת הבנה שלי כלקוחה. מספיק לעמוד 10 דקות בכניסה של משרד הפנים ולראות כמה אנשים מבוגרים/ חרדים/ עולים חדשים/ בעלי קושי שפתי וכו וכו באים לבקש עזרה מהפקידות כדי לנסות להכנס בלי תור כי לא הצליחו לקבוע תור באתר

אם קבעתי כמה תורים. יש גשימת תורים אך לא כתוב למי שייך כל תור. לדוגמא הזמנתי 3 תורים לילדים שלי. וגם אם אני רוצה להזמין תור בתאריך שהתפנה יותר מוקדם, אז הוא אומר שיש לי כבר תור שזה אומר לבטל את התור ואז לקוות שהתור שראיתי לא נתפס. עדיף שיגיד לי האם תרצה להחליף את התור?

יותר מידי שלבים לפני שמגיעים לתכלס כניסה מייגעת כל פעם מחדש (וצריך להכנס הרבה כדי לקבוע תור) כדי לקבוע תור חדש יותר קרוב שהתפנה צריך קודם לבטל את הקודם בצורה מסורבלת ואז לחזור שוב ולקבוע תור
